  We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by All Residential in their management of our investment property. When we initially let the property, they checked the rental history of applicants very thoroughly and gave helpful guidance in our selection of a tenant. Since then they have continued to do an excellent job with the ongoing dad to day management of the property. In addition Perry has been generous with his time and provided helpful advice in matters related to other property investments.

  I phoned and also personally come in to the office and at both times Helen the receptionist was quickly welcoming, made me feel comfortable, she was very helpful and professional. Helen also informed me of what i would need to help me with my application, as I am a sole trader some of my paper work will be a little different. She immediately emailed through an application form and informed me of the office trading hours so that i can be as prepared as can be. In searching for a new home i have delt with numerous Real Estate Agents in the Illawarra and i can say All Residential Real Estate thus far has been the most professional, welcoming and actually know what they are talking about.
