  Won't let me tap zero stars but it's all it deserves. Absolutely shocking. Gave up and made other arrangements in the end. The RUDEST, MOST INCOMPETENT staff. Is this a real business? AVOID.

  T6079, 7th oct at 10:30pm, didn't know where keiraville was from Wollongong CBD ... drove in the wrong direction and didn't listen when was given direction and continued the wrong way. We ended up with a doubling of our normal cab charge home due to the driver getting lost/not using the gps in the car. Uber from now on!

  Reading all the reviews, I conclude that I must be one of the lucky customers, because I had no issues. The person on the phone was not rude, the taxi arrived in less than 5 minutes, and the driver was nice, so all good. Sorry to hear about other people's bad experiences.

  Very fast service to my place, never more than 5 minutes. The call centre staff are under extreme pressure at busy times as there are 20 phone lines and only 2 phone operators. This is why they try to make each call as short as possible. So you don't have to wait to get through any longer than is absolutely necessary. They usually only need to know where you want to be picked up from and, if not straight away, when. I have found that 90% of the drivers are polite, helpful and know where they are going. I have had the occasional bad experience but I understand that it's not a perfect world.
