  We stayed here for 1night. Worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. I thought we were getting a bargain as advertised. IT WASN'T. pictures on the website are nothing like the reality. Dirty stained carpet, room smelled like vomit, dust on most surfaces, was too afraid to use the airconditioner because of the dust in the vents, even the phone was unclean. Mildue in bathroom, water stains on walls. Exhaust in bathroom was clogged with dust. The balcony was filthy and the blinds were ridiculously hard to open. The bed was like concrete but clean. I had to wash a cup before using it as it had coffee stains that washed off easily, so shows me it was possible rinsed and put away. The radio volume control was broken and stuck on full volume.No toaster or hairdryer. My bad for not checking first. The only good thing was it was close to the venue we were attending. I would never stay here again nor would i recommend to anyone.

  Never booking here again and would recommend taking thongs for your shower if you stay here.

  Reviewing based on the 3 star rating, this hotel is a great place to stay overnight. Excellent office staff, available when you need them and responsive. Good clean amenities with a strong warm shower and working aircon. Only downside is that the TV needs to be bigger than the 21 inch one in there.

  Student accommodation review. Bathroom light not working, no shower pressure, fluctuating hot water, leaking sink, tiny room with a shared balcony that drunks would run around on past noise curfew.

  The room was disgusting with mould through the entire shower, bar freezer broken and a hole in the roof. Due to no alternate rooms being vacant, I asked staff for cleaning supplies so I could shower and was informed they don't keep any cleaning supplies on site. I received no compensation for the disgusting room despite informing staff.

  I was most dissatisfied with the service and was given an excuse of humidity causing mould growth (if they were cleaned before I arrived, the shower should not have been black with mould).

  Keiraview hotel is conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk to the heart of Wollongong shopping centre. It is moderately priced and currently has a 3 star rating with facilities reflecting that more of a four star with a little bit of additional effort. Both the rooms that we stayed in hand fixtures and fittings wrongly installed or broken although the customer service was excellent. Would I recommend this hotel keiraview to others yes in terms of price location and functionality. Absolutely

  Once got locked out of my room as the key card pack on the door was drained of its battery, couldn't go in room for two hours as they had to call a guy in from elsewhere just to change the battery.

  Kitchen has no oven and is dirty, there were food thieves and so locking your fridge is pretty mandatory.
