A pathetic excuse for a employment agency. It's the bottom of the pig's pen because Centrelink is a discriminative service.

Very unprofessional, disorganized, and most of all incompetent. I was there for 3 months, and they had done minimal in attempting remedy mine and others individual cases with also relevance to the current economic climate, it was a simple "you're a number on the governments books and we don't care" attitude. (Presumably just following the current legislation and regulations that do not reflect the current economy, but also suspecting they use unethical methods to cheat and take advantage of a system that's intended to help the vulnerable). Their communication skills are below average, with no attempt to actively listen, empathize, and work constructively towards finding SOMETHING suitable for each individual case and for those who are actively making a decent effort to find work. I changed providers, and within 2 weeks I was able to obtain a job. I strongly recommend reassessment of their government contract, and their responsibilities to the unemployed public.

    Staffed by actual lizard people.

The place you go because Centrelink required you to. Getting slapped with a dead fish is more helpful at getting a job (and with less time wasting).
