  The past couple of times I've gone in I've been served by the same girl who does not want to be there, she is very unhelpful and does her job at a very basic level. I don't think I've ever seen her smile nor appear romotly interested in being there. Went to Shellharbour, they were absolutely lovely and helpful, worth the drive out.

  been there 3 times，unluckily the same girl serviced me. The last time was during promotion time end of 2016. I understood staffs were under high pressure that time，so I did all the work online，showed her the picture and finished the purchase in 5min. Before leaving I asked may I have a little cloth bag to put my charms in，she looked at the ceiling said u didn't mention that during the purchasing that means you choose the plastic resealable bag. I can't believed what I heard，I asked again：so may I have a small cloth bag to store my charms now？She said：sure！Then when she past it to me，the bag dropped onto the ground，finally I got a black bag with 1/3 footprint on it. That was too over！I told my friends about my experience，no one can believe it. So I won't enter that shop never. But I'm still a fan of Pandora，shopping online now. Sincerely I hope the staffs have the sense of service.
