  I have come across these reviews when searching for the phone number to make my next appointment. I have to say I have been happy either the salon for the three years I have been going there. I had my first foils done there and since, other treatments, all of which I was happy with. They explained everything clearly, cautioned me about the treatments, suggested their recommendations, etc. I was realistic about what suited me and did my research before hand about the treatments too. The research and their advice aligned. They are also good cutters. The sisters are funny and they treat the odd balls that walk in with kindness and dignity, which not all salons do fhat!

  Hair colour, curly and threding was fantastic for my Christmas. Every one was WOW abut the fantastic job done by the girls there.

  Terrible, terrible. Went in asking for an ombre look (even showed them a picture of what id like), left with an all over bright red colour, hair falling out/ snapping off and blisters all over my scalp from the high intensity bleach they used. 5 hours later I was in pain and devastated at the state of my hair. Apparently they have a 'no refund' sign on their window (they don't) and will happily fix up my hair, but after the time I spent with them and the job they did, I wouldn't let them any where near my hair ever again. The way they handled the whole situation after I had complained was appalling and quite rude (trying to blame the blisters on my scalp on me). Also I'm quite scared that if I even straighten my hair, let alone try and fix it, my hair will fall out and snap off further due to its fragile state. If you like having hair on your head, don't go there.

  First time at this salon today, they squeezed me in for a same day colour appointment within 90 minutes of my call. Fantastic service from the ladies. I will absolutely be coming here regularly when staying in Wollongong and working in NSW. No hidden charges, extremely reasonable prices as I have very long thick hair and my hair is tamed, looks and feels looks silky smooth
