  Went in to buy 2Tb WB portable hard drive. They had heaps of boxs available for self selection. Then had to line up for 10 minutes to get served only to find they had none in stock. What the hell were all the boxes still doing on the shelves if they had none??? There should have been a sign clearly stating they were out of stock!

  I would just like to thank JB HiFi Wollongong for your help today with purchasing a new printer for my elderly (84 year old) Dad. Getting Dad into the store was a major effort as his mobility has deteriorated markedly so by the time he staggered (literally) through the front door with me, I was quite worried about him. So I asked a JB guy for directions and to the printers as Dad did not have the ability to wander around the store. This lovely man guided us to the right area and then as he must have noticed how frail my father was..went and found a chair so Dad could sit down whilst I figured out the best printer option for him and with him. I asked the JB fellow if he knew anything about printers and he said that he was just security. He was actually a wonderful human who works for JB HiFi and we were very grateful for his help today. Thanks!

  I went to JH hifi today around 2.00pm. I just want to know there have Square leader payment solution or not cause I fund it have at Post office but post office they said they don't have it in Wollongong then I try JB . First when I walk to them two fat boys with white shirt and short in note book section I can see when I walk to them their eyes and face seem not really welcome . I could felt they were not comfortable or happy to give me help when I show them the photo about square leader payment. They said they never seen this one before . But seem like you are expert about technology but it ok. I did not expected they gonna know about this one !!!Yeah Australia. But When I left I heard they talk about me and laugh. Such a rude staffs never met in my life.

  All customer service personnel appear too busy to assist customers, some even playing with some of the electronics even after customer has left.
