  For the amount I have paid for 2 of my children to have their tonsils and adenoids removed and now potentially a 3rd child, I should at least expect a real person to answer the phone to help me book an appointment. A recorded message advising clients to email a referral so that a receptionist can call to complete the booking is ridiculous.

  Stacie Sims - there are two sometimes three receptionists answering, quite literally, thousands of calls a day. So yes, sometimes you can't get through directly and are put on hold. If you can think of an alternative, feel free to offer one, but your idiot review here is indicative of your stupidity and nothing more.

  Dr Stephen Pearson showed great hospitality towards my son and I. My son had to get his tonsils removed. Dr Pearson showed great skill when operating on my son.
