  I have been seeing Health in Hands for a fair while now, with steady progress the whole time. The results I have seen in this time have been wide ranging, but the most noticeable has been a greatly improved posture and reduced neck and shoulder pain (which used to be at the point of driving me insane), and this is easily seen in the measurements and x-rays taken regularly. The changes haven't been fast but they have been steady, with these changes long lasting rather than providing temporary relief. The staff are great, always positive and understanding, and they have time for everyone, remembering everyone's name and always greeting them personally.

  Since starting my treatment at health in hands with Dr April I have never felt better. Not only in my chiropractic care but in my everyday well being. At Health in hands I am not only apart of the best Chiropractic care in the area but apart of a wonderful family. Nothing is ever to much trouble for Dr April & her staff they always go above & beyond to ensure you are always feeling your best in every way possible. after visiting the practice i am always left feeling amazing & with a smile. From the minute I walk through the practice doors I feel so welcomed & in such a relaxed & informative environment. Dr April & her staff want the best for all their clients not only in there care but their everyday lives. From providing education evenings to sharing healthy weekly recipes. health in hands is by far the reason I have achieved so many of my personal & proffesinal goals. I recommend Health in hands to everyone I know & meet & know they love the practice just as much as myself & my family.

  Absolutely brilliant. Super professional, efficient, warm, caring and friendly. I can't believe how good I am feeling. Adjustments have had a real domino effect and I am feeling great and invigorated. Would recommend without hesitation. Dr April is a gem and Jodi is lovely. I wish I hadn't waited so long to make an appointment.
