    Do not attempt to return a book that has been purchased as a duplication, although all of the receipts were in order and the book was not read, not even opened, I believe that the store management requires training in customer relations and nurturing customer goodwill.

    I found the cost of books to be comparatively high. It may be understandable if the difference covered rent etc but sometimes the difference is 100%.

    Absolutely excellent service, with staff who love books just as much as their customers. Everyone is always well-mannered and keen to help - even with the vaguest of requests.
