  Very happy with the service, pricing and friendliness of the staff at Spearman cycles! Took my downhill bike in to get looked over and they were more then happy to help and provided very cheap and reasonable prices for the parts and labour required. Overall very satisfied customer! A+

  Terrible. The store I great with friendly staff and decent prices however workshop is another matter. Took bike in for assembly, not sure if it was genuine lack of competence or perhaps as the bike was bought elsewhere but could not have been shonkier. They quoted approx 80 to 120 dollars and maybe and 1 1/2 labour. Not once did they call me to inform me of progress but lumped me with a $290 bill on collection as it took "all day" apparently. Big jump from $80 without so much as a progress phone call. I thought that was terrible enough. Then to be told they couldn't complete assembly as too hard and didn't work, although photos and instructions stated otherwise. Then to top it off upon riding home handle bags keep spinning round and gears slipping on every change. I needed to make running repairs entire way home. Fixed problems myself rather than take it back to those rip off merchants. Also finished assembly of parts that"simply can not be put together we tried all day" in about 15 mins at home without any drama. What a rip off. Go elsewhere...anywhere else.
